Top Ten Challanges with Human Resources in Nepal by-Mr. Ujwal Thapa

1) How does the author feel about the HRM practices in Nepal?

  • In Nepal, many organizations invest there capitals on infrastructure management insurance and back up/security but there is not much investment eft out for the human resource management and carrier development. They are not giving much importance to the Human Resource Management. Resource Management.

2) What did you understand about the HRM ( Human Resource Management) in Nepal?

  • In Nepal, many organizations do not give much importance to the Human Resource Management. They just invest their capital in infrastructure management like intangible assets. So, there seems to affect employees like whole system of Nepal like inflation, more amount of tax to be paid, high rent bill , etc. All these problems should be solved by Human Resource Management.

3) How far do you agree with the author suggesting HRM in Nepal to look for people with passion while hiring them? Why?

  • Every individuals have passion inside them. Every individuals does the mistake too. Sometimes their might be some emergency. But in corporate society we must try to ignore it as work is the must in corporate world. While interviewing an individual we might not judge them properly. But we should not go in that detail finding about passion.

4) List down the most important points to improve Nepali HRM in your point of view!


       Some the most important points to improve Nepali HRM in my point of view are as follows:
  • More priority should be given for the HRM trainings.
  • Regular incentives should be given so that the employees gets motivated.
  • They should try to retain an employee for longer period of time.
